Which products are the best to put in your sneakers..for comfort and helps prevent back and other problems….

Which products are the best to put in your sneakers..for comfort and helps prevent back and other problems…. I have heard about Dr. Scholls and have tried them..but do not like them…Anyone know about any other products?

Sneakers and other athletic footwear should not need any inserts at all other than the optional arch supports quality athletic shoes pack with every box.

Whole or partial-foot insoles, heel cups, ball cushions, etc. are for dress shoes which do not have a shock-absorbing sole.

If you think your sneakers are contributing to back or joint problems, get yourself to a serious store for runners, where the clerks tend to know what sort of athletic shoe you need based on the wear pattern of your present sneakers (wear or bring them) and your complaints.

Yes, you will pay more for these athletic shoes than you might at the discount store or huge sports store, but they will be comfortable immediately and stay that way until they wear out.
