Presentation Do not miss … any ideas?
I've been working for several months after having my baby … second need to get in shape from what I've been doing both Presentation training (I guess it really curcuit training) and cardio … I work about 5 days a week and I managed My eating healthier than ever So here's the problem … I lost 3 + inches in my waist and not a single pound … although I know more than the muscle wieghs fat, I still need to lose Presentation and … with an electronic handheld i am still considering the same BMI than I was before I need to get more ideas, because it is very important for me to get in shape as the mother of two girls who really want to be active and have a heathy body image …
First and foremost, you should be happy that you've lost inches! That is the most important, as they have clearly lost fat and have more likely to gain muscle. Do not discourage yourself with the scale or BMI device. I honestly do not trust any of the devices unless a hydrostatic test (Under water). You may have lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle and the scale is no different. How your clothes fit? To review mirror. Monitoring their actions, not to scale. One of the sites I recommend to my students and members of the class (I'm a yoga / aerobics instructor) is MyFoodDiary.com You can track your eating habits, record your exercise and your weight and measurements. It's a wonderful way to lose weight healthily and get really honest picture what you're eating. Most people underestimate how much you are really eating. Also, what you consider "food healthy? 'I have friends who believe that if the package says "fat free" or "low fat", then it is a good food. Most things come in packages (ie, processing) are not so great for you, no matter what marketing spin put on it. All the best foods for you to be in outer edge of the grocery store. Your muscles need adequate rest to repair themselves and get enough sleep helps keep Your Body from excess production of cortisol (stress hormone that can increase weight gain.) I know I just had a baby and that's probably difficult now, but a nap when you can. Good luck. * Edited to add that you can not turn fat into the muscle or muscle to fat. These are two completely separate substances. You can only win or lose. That's like saying you can turn a chicken into a dog.
