How I can send a bottle of perfume?

I wanted to send a bottle of perfume as a birthday present for someone and I contacted companies such as DHL and they said they are not allowed to send as it is the alcohol-based perfume. I want to ship overseas. If any shipping company accepted my package What are my options for sending? Please help!

I just bought a perfume in a U.S. store and sent by EMS, no problem. The question is you want to send this bottle, as some countries do not allow certain things to be mailed.
