When I take my left foot into the leg, my calf hurts. What's happening?

I was jumping a lot on 2 and today I noticed when I try to walk or pull my foot to my leg, my calf hurts. What could be the problem? What I can do to heal? It is not red, bruised or anything either, it looks perfectly fine.
