Is the 2000$ plus car plus home and mobile payment in shangahi good or no?

I am structural engineer and I married last month now I have an offer from one investor in china to go there as a project manger of his factory project with following facility
salary per month 2000 USD+car+home+ mobile payment is it good offer in shangahi or no please help me
