If I run lightly for 30 minutes.. ?
If I run about 3 miles in 30 minutes (so a nice slow run, 10 min miles), will my quad muscles build up? If I do this 5-6 days a week.
I’m kinda trying to avoid that, but I still want to exerciser with cardio… so with that run will my quad muscles build up??
I dunno if height/weight matters, I’m 5’2 about 110 lbs
haha, I DON’T want to build my quad muscles. I’m small with a small frame so if I have big quad muscles they look kinda bulky
At most you will get some nice tone. But building the quad doesn’t happen easily. It is a project to get nicely defined quads, so I wouldn’t worry about it.. although I love well developed quads on a female..
