Get rid of the / comfort FAST blisters?

Yesterday was my first day of tryouts for softball and I have a blister and split. So today (had tryouts again) I got athletic tape on it to hope that protect but PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!! aptitude tests contining morning at 15:00.

Well I hope I can answer this before the game … My brother is in the U.S. Army and when I visited in Germany (Which was based there) we hiked through the forest area. Well, I did not bring anything good shoes and immediately got blisters! I could not walk! The best way to protect the blister has already formed is the use moleskin. Moleskine also be used to cover a blister that has formed. I can buy the sticker type sheets. Cut a piece larger than the blister and cut a hole in the center. (With a donut.) The outer ring and help cushion the blister, but the bulb itself not be covered. My brother did something similar … I had no self-adhesive type, but cut two small strips of tape and use the first aid tape 2 pieces around the blister. Works like a dream! Could still wear the same shoes without dying. So go out and find things, its great! You can buy it at Walgreens, I kept looking. Dr. Scholl also makes a brand of the same, so I guess that wherever you sell what you can buy! Good luck with your tryouts!
