What is the best mattress for hemorrhoids on the market for the effective relief of the best?

I was looking at the "Gel Comfort Seat cusion GSeat G orthopedic "mattress. It's expensive, so I guess it must provide the best relief. Do you have any views on this cushion?" I have a pad donut, but it is very uncomfortable in the design, and embarrassing. What is the best type design for the victims of hemorrhoids?
