Id the period is 1.3s then it takes 1.3s to make a complete vibration (That’s the definition of a period)

The period of a pendulum T = 2π*sqrt(L/g) where L is the length of a pendulum and g is the acceleration due to gravity.

So the longer the length the longer the period. So a 1.3 s pendulum is longer than a 1.0s pendulum
