How much do I have to replace Ford's car?

- '00 Ford Contour SE FWD. 4 cylinder 2.0. I have this problem car vibrates at high speeds and also when something is grinding halt when I drive on the street. I already had the rotors and brake pads replaced. I was told had to change the sway bar links and lower control arms to get rid of the vibration due to the rubber bushings are worn. Is this correct? Do I have to replace the sway bars and control arms or just the rubber bushings? Thanks.
