Can you recommend a good quality vaccum under $200? Needs to pick up pet hair well and turn corners easily.?

Apartment has a lot of carpet so I need something that maneuvers well around corners but is also thin enough to get under furniture and a wand attachment would be nice to get pet hair off of the furniture and to vaccum curtains. Would like it to be lightweight (under 10lbs) and have a long retractable cord or be cordless with a good rechargeable battery and would like to not have to deal with any filters or bags, though if it has a HEPA filter to clean the air that would be fine. Again, it needs to be under $200 and keep good suction with continued use and is good at picking up pet hair.

Hi, A friend recently bought a Eureka boss smart vac ultra 4870 and she loves it. She said it was recommended by a leading consumer magazine and rated right up there with higher priced vacuums. It was priced around 150.00 and really cleans carpets and bare floors. Has hepa filtration, 8 carpet settings, convenient tools and ability to control suction when using tools. Hope this helps.
