Cycle Cardio

Cycle Cardio
Leg weights and cardiovascular exercise is a bad combination?

I have heard that lifting weights with your legs (in the gym machines) and then do cardio (like running / biking etc) is a bad combination, or is destined to leave a day or so between. Is this true? I that is harmful / detrimental to do weights and cardio on restless leg?

I think the combination of cardio and resistance legroom is great. I can use very heavy weights for legs and it seems that if I do my cardio first (30 minutes), but fatigue, so getting a difficult training with less weight – this is good because it puts less stress on joints and connective tissue. But I always do cardio first. I would say is a guide to give your legs a couple of days off after a hard workout and train the muscles while they are sore from the previous session.
