What I can use to relieve my chest infection?

I went to the doctors yesterday and I said I have a chest infection, I am currently on antibiotics, I take paracetamol and cough syrup, do you know if there is anything that can ease my pain?? Thanks xxx

Acetaminophen should help the pain. A warm bath may help. Also, if you are congested, try to put some vapor rub in a bowl with Hot Water and inhale steam.
