What is the best exercise machine to tone thighs, bum and stomach?

I can only afford/have space for one exercise machine. I’ve been looking at rowing machines, treadmills, exercise bikes and elliptical cross trainers.

Which one should I get to tone my Whole Body or at least just my bum, thighs and stomach?

I’m 19 and weigh 126lbs. I want to lose around 10-15lbs and tone up.

I like the elliptical trainers best. You can set it for different things and it works all parts of your legs and stomach when you have the ramp set high. If I were to buy a machine, that’s the one I’d like to get.
