Do you own an extendable baton? What do you recommend?

I heard the kosh sticks were good .. but i cannot seem to find online (this is for self defense purposes only.) what do you recommend for an extendable baton .. and how about this: http://www.getselfprotection.com/telescopic.htm I know there are more expensive out there .. so I ask .. this one is worth that price? or should I get a more expensive as 60 dollars?

I have a like that. not so bad, but Never Used it in anything. just bought it while I was in Iraq just to have. not easy to expand once you get the hang of it, but the closing has to pretty much leads to something hard so it'll be released.
