Help and ideas for a spa night for teenagers?

Im having a spa night for my birthday 15. Now I have a chair massage, a bubble massager claw feet and a Head Massager but what else I can have? I was thinking about green tea bags to put over our eyes, as it helps rid of black circles around the eyes and face masks, but what else? + What foods could I have, and Subway have cookies and strawberries junction. THANK YOU.

What things manicure? Set all nail polish that is, remover, any peeling …. if you have no property fancy manicure, there is only one lotion and massage their hands after they painted … it feels amazing! I've done this for my nieces before and one of the girls hair was not good at all the hair and girls, of course, had their turn at the end. As for food, strawberries are a great idea. Sounds like you need to a meal, how about pizza? It just depends who is cooking and what they are willing to cook. Looks like you're on the right track …. have fun and Happy birthday!

Facial Massage Remedy Pain Faster

I wake up so early in the morning, before my husband and children, I start the coffee and wonder, why do my friends/peers look like. I see that my face has aged. When did this happen to me I don’t see a young lady any more, I see an (almost) 40 yr old woman. I remember when my mother was When I wake up in the morning I look in the mirror. I see my face! Aagh, what happened to me, where is my young face? Through my years it has disappeared. I need a refreshing look. My high school reunion is coming up and my skin is tight and dry. Sure, I have aged and have three little girls. But, who knows that? I think I need a massage. Not one to make me feel better, but one to make me look better. I need a facial massage!

Massage is not a new medical breakthrough, no, this art has been practiced throughout the world. Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments; and even Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems.
