Feel Massage

Feel Massage
Is it normal for my back to feel bruised after a massage?

I had a massage last night and this morning I feel really bruised on my neck and shoulders. Is it just because she worked the muscles? Is it normal?
There aren’t actually bruises on my shoulders, it just feels tender. I asked for her do it quite firm because I’ve been really tense just recently (I’ve a lot going on, so I think it made me tense). It hurt a tiny bit when she did it, but felt really relaxing at the same time. Afterwards it felt amazing, I felt so relaxed and comfortable. It’s just now that I don’t.
Excuse me emiss?! YOU people? What are you saying? I don’t have too much faith in “quacks”! I simply booked a massage to relax because I’ve been stressed recently.

Yes it is normal if the massage was too strong for you, next time tell them to give relaxation massage, that one is very lite on the muscles. Don’t worrie the pain will go away soon!
