Hello everyone. Well, there is indeed a lot of gyms that appear from time to time as mushroom caps. But what I want to know is to keep aside the money factor should I consider anything else, while choosing a gym? I am a beginner in terms of fitness. So any drive – basic exercises and gym-goers out there who can help me? Thank you. Have a wonderful day! Just another silly question. What are the changing rooms?

I'm not generally in favor of gyms. Swimming, cycling, jogging are the best exercises – And men, nothing beats the Bullworker.
