Is it normal to bleed after masturbating?

I have had sex before and that didn’t make me bleed, since my “cherry was already popped.” I usually masturbate once a day using a back Massager That doesn’t penetrate anything. Recently I started using a finger as well and when I do that I bleed for the rest of the day. The flow is not as heavy as a period, but it is still flowing. Is this normal, or should i be concerned about it?

Ok, well, if this doesn’t happen every single time you finger yourself & you’re clear of STD’s there could be another explanation as to why you see blood after wards.

1.You may have done this around the time you ovulated, and you are seeing spotting from the egg moving through the fallopian tube and causing tears. THIS is normal. Happens all the time to lots of girls.

2. Your period might be near. Sometimes even a week prior, girls can experience spotting up until the day their period comes.

However, it could be likely you did in fact scratch yourself. Try inserting a tampon for about 5-10sec. then remove it. You may want to take a short break then repeat this.
It can help you locate where exactly the blood is coming from inside you.( I.E. Blood at the top of the tampon = your cervix (where menstrual blood flows from), Blood along the side = your vaginal wall) Do you see what I mean?

The color of the blood also lets you know if it’s fresh or old.
Bright red = fresh, new blood.
Brown-ish = older, dead blood.
I’m not 100% sure exactly how much bleeding you are experiencing.

If you notice any discharge, change in odor, itching, etc…you may have an infection.
