"I can Fedex Leave a note saying to leave the package?

When I asked my article, I took no signature, but I think the company changed to a firm for a Free Shipping offer. The package should come today. Is it okay to leave a note on the door saying that just left? Thanks in advance! ~

They do not just leave if the sender specifies that a signature is required.
