Full Cushion

My phone is virtually lost forever ’cause it fell in a couch. Now since I had insurance on the phone…?

By the way, the couch’s cushion’s are sewn in so you cannot take them out. There is a small space in between the side of the cushion & the arm of the chair which is where the phone fell through. And you can’t get it out of the bottom either but I won’t go into that… But will my insurance cover that and if I wanted a new phone, will I have to the WITH service (cheaper, of course) or without service price. I lost my last phone (before this one) and had no insurance so I had to pay the full price of the phone (without service). By the way, my 2 year-plan on my dad’s family contract ends January ’08, if that helps with anything…

Just tell them you lost it when you were out otherwise if you say its in the couch they wont replace it.A girl at work insured her phone the day before she lost it,she looked at the contract which stated she had to have the contract out 2 weeks before any claim,so she waited and then claimed!
