who would call 911 if you took his hand in the sink disposal unit?

I guess my wife. Since I probably would my hand in the elimination of fishing something had fallen on him. On the other hand (no pun intended) I guess I could, assuming I had my phone in his pocket, and I had not hit both hands on the removal (I can not imagine why you would.) Also, could drag my bloodied stump a neighbor's house and ask them to call 911. I do not think it would be too much of an imposition. I call 911 for them if they came to my house with a bloody stump -. I do not having you as I do not know you, and write an e-mail would take two hands.
