% Body Fat?

Does anyone know the accuracy of Omron Body Logic Hand Held body fat monitors? I've been using a scale that told me that my BF% and today my coach used one that uses the same technology, except that it is handheld. Well, oddly enough, the scale has been saying I am 27% body fat (although I am 125 and run and work four days a week), but today, the handheld told was 17.5%! To my surprise – obviously! My only question is – What accurate is? Any input would help. Thanks! I have not had a shower … It was 10:00 in the morning, had done nothing to dampen my hands or exercised yet .. hmmm.
