Our shower head attachment is broken, how to eliminate lifting train slips over the other?

Simply remove old and add to eliminate new and then put back by train, hope this makes sense!

The railway will be bolted to the wall (and screws hidden under carriers) in the top and bottom … just pull the media off and unscrew the lot will come off the wall then u can remove the shower head and replace v.easily. Good luck!
