The inside of my head feels like my brain dry!?

My head hurts! And yes I've been drinking water. This pain is located on the front head back. I wondered if my left side Shoulder Pain can cause this? I have this pain in my shoulder, one shoulder blade that I can make the head (brain) feel dry?

Injuring the Skull and Brain
