Why the scalp itching, but my hair, scalp and head feels so greasy?

Well, my hair is dry, but during all day gets all fat and gross. When I wake in the morning my hair is so greasy and dirty, and my scalp is very itchy. I thought an itch scalp is a sign of dry hair and scalp, but it's like my whole head gets all fat.
