Why Docters in India are against Diapers/Nappy Pads?

Whole europe use that and their baby’s are healthy enough. Why cant we use Diapers? All the doctors are against here in
India.

My baby is one and half month old..

Diapers fill up landfills and India is trying to start being Green.
