How I can get the ink flowing?

The seed "does not distribute the ink (not write). I see a lot of ink in the tube. Simply not come out. I tried heating the tip with a flame of a candle and ran for a while but then stopped again. It seems like a waste, just Throw it away. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's the only way I know is that warming .=)
