What is wrong with the water heater for my spa?

I have a water heater, and heated spa. We just moved into the house. The yellow "service" LED is lit. What could be wrong? The heater is a Hayward H350 model. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Probably has some type of automatic ignition if the gas system model. You can have a cigarette lighter is broken or flame detection. You should be able to turn off power to the itself and back on to reset a lockout and must be treated for power again. Observe what happens if so.
