Pain in the heel and Auto Treatment

Pain in the heel self treatment can be done at home if you are suffering from fasciitis planting. Common causes of heel pain foot conditions are inflammation and / or tightness in the plantar fascia, the tissue at the bottom of the foot.

These are pain in the heel that the treatments help reduce inflammation of the plantar fascia:

? The use of ice Massage – fill a bottle with water sports water, freeze and place into the ground. Pass standing on it for 20 minutes twice a day. Doing this will both help to decrease the inflammation causing the pain in the heel of the foot while condition draw the bow.

Reduce or avoid activities that aggravate the condition stairs – climbing, walking or running on hills, squatting, lifting and walking on uneven terrain all can make pain in the heel of the foot worse. Limit the number of times up and down stairs and try to avoid hills and uneven terrain. If you have to bend down, keeping the swollen feet on the ground and in front of the other. No heavy lifting.

Besides reducing the heel pain of swollen feet, stretching exercises can be effective in helping to treat heel pain. Learn all you can about self-treatment for pain in the heel of foot conditions.
