What is the best full Back Massage in the market today?

I wish my father one of those nice Homedics Back massagers for his birthday but I'm not sure which one to get. I would say the most expensive would be better, but that is not always the case. Do any of you have experience using these as a remedy for back problems? Do you happen to know if the more expensive they really are worth the extra money?
