Back massager advice please?

Has anyone tried a new Homedics Massager – are Very Good and my boyfriend asked me a SBM-300. I have a back injury and I have hope this will help – does anyone have any experience of them? I do not get my hopes too …

Buy one for my grandfather as he suffers from arthritis in his back and neck .. who swears by it.
