How do I get rid of this f ****** sticker?

I bought a pair of shoes for my sister (s birthday), and both shoes (Template PVC) came with a large circular sticker pasted inside. I managed to remove the top layer of both cards, but the white sticker underneath it moved usual! I tried using baby oil to rub and some spray'n'wipe! How I can download?!

I learned owned a gift shop I worked for years … and use "Goo Gone" or lighter fluid (which is the same in reality … "distillates oil "… just look at the labels!). It works wonders, and rarely destroys the surface of the underlying commodity. If you are unsure, you can always try in part "invisible" or not visible from the shoe. Allow the liquid to enter the label a bit, too. Everyone is entitled to my opinion.
