I have not had a period of one year?

I have not had a menstrual cycle since May 2007. I do not know what happens. He had a throbbing headache Today, Back Pain and pain in the breasts and that led me to look up what could be wrong with me. How can you have symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and no period? I was afraid that I was pregnant, but that is quite impossible if I have not had a period of one year, I thought. Anyone know what is wrong with me? please let me know, I'm quite concerned. I have 19 by the way, forgot to add that. I've never been pregnant nor do I show obvious signs of pregnancy. its just my breasts are tender and headache. It also does not have health insurance because my job does not give it to the employees until they have worked there for a year and a half.
