Which vibrator should I get?
Well, as we all know there are a few sex toys out there for us adults. I was wondering and I’ve talked it over with my husband and he agrees we should have a few toys of our own. I’ve decided to get a vibrator, but I’m not sure which one. I’ve come across the Lelo vibrator and my husband doesn’t mind paying the extra money for it.
Any suggestions? Do you have one?

What Does Massage Do to You
People love massages, they treasure them. There are well over 80 acknowledged forms of regular Massage Therapy and reasonably an incomputable number of individual variations that individuals compound up on their own by way of trial and error. Massage has been here and there since the threshold of modern humanity if not earlier and in almost every society of the planet. What is it about having our elastic tissues manipulated that has such a pronounced influence on us? This composition won’t answer that question, but it should aid you to commence to investigate for it.
Many fauna who fraternize with each other in pairs or extended groups preen each other. It is a way to control external parasites and prevent skin diseases. The animals seem to sense the advantageous nature of the grooming and find it highly delightful. Some fish even scout out members of other species like the goby that dine off of ectoparasites and dead skins. This appreciation of grooming from other individuals is strikingly developed in primates. The display of monkeys and apes picking parasites off of each other and feeding on them is pretty established in some natural history shows. The desire for touch in humans has been well documented by psychologists.
Massage isn’t just touch though. While the value of touch on humans is clear, the pleasure and relaxation people report from massages goes well beyond that. A lot of massage therapies hone in on muscles and connective tissue. The perks of stretching muscles are well established to athletes of all levels. Possibly deep Muscle Massage is a practice of stretching that doesn’t require exertion on the part of the individual. Lying there and permitting your muscles to be stretched while not under stress has been shown to increase blood flow and decrease the amount of waste products like lactic acid that builds up in muscles under use.
Other forms of massage concentrate on the skin. Scalp massages are known to reduce stress which can cause muscles elsewhere in the body to relax without manipulation. Scalp and other skin massages usually involve stroking, rolling or kneading of the skin. Frequently Skin Massage is linked with aroma therapy and oils with specific memory and mood enhancing scents are massaged into the skin.
Another form of massage targets organs. This has to be done very fastidiously as serious impairment can be done if the wrong pressure is applied. Some clients report better digestion and well being.
The overall effect of massage, manipulation of the soft tissues, is to cause relaxation. That might be all psychological, but some data suggest real changes in tissue chemistry due to the manipulation. The relaxation could be a reaction to a decrease in waste products and muscle tension. Whatever the reason people love massages. They consistently have and always will.
