My husband had surgery done L4-S1 a year last April 19, 2006 The doctor had to get up and walk the next morning. He went as far as possible and returned to work in four weeks. He was in the army. He took it easy and tried not to over do it and now wants to ride his motorcycle. I will keep you in my thoughts.
