Is there any legal action that I can pursue?

I am currently studying Massage Therapy. Part of the course is a 6 week internship. Due to the fact that I was not able to be placed in an internship site(the school is supposed to assit you in placement) because that places they tried to place me at did not have actually do massages. I did my internship in the schools clinic. I am now in my final week and just now being told by the head of the school that the hours for the past 5 weeks does not count.

Any advice that can be offered would be greatly appreaciated. I can not understand how a school can run like that.

Depending on the answer to the reason why the hours for the past 5 weeks to not count.

If you can prove everything, go to the Better Business Bureau and report them and then you could file for a breach of contract, if they really did something wrong. But beware, the cost of an attorney can be high will you may not get a lot. Write a letter to this school telling them you will get legal proceedings against them if they can’t tell you why the 5 weeks do not count
