pregnancy support belt?

i am going on 14 wks and i was told by my dr to get a pregnancy support belt. has anyone bought one? did it work for you? i am experiencing extreme low Back Pain. its very deep, not like in my mucsles because it does not help to have a massage. i am wondering if this support belt Really Works and which brands you have. thanks!

I am 17 weeks and going to get one tuesday.. I had positioning issues with my last child and my midwives think that it will help me get the baby in to a good position…I basically had to wear a make-shift one durring labor to lift the baby up out of the abdomen so that she would drop back into the pelvis…so we’ll see!?
