I have a cold or stuffy nose when I get a Back Massage?

Usually I have my step daughter in the back while I'm lying on my stomach soil (poor man back massage), but as steps in my back i get a little sick, sneezing and nasal congestion often is this the effect of massage.she do not step on my back hard, but dosent hurt just aid, lowerback.

Probably a combination of the position – the sinus drainage and movement stimulates lymphatic drainage. Sounds like you migh have sinus problems.
