Good massage?

I am looking for a good hand Body Massager. I really do not need heat, you just need something for when you leave work. I'm a wizard dental that is always on my feet. So I would not only be able to use it on my back, shoulders, arms, but also in the legs. In addition, I am looking for a Neck Massager. Perhaps one with heat. I have headaches very easily if my neck is tense. I have found massage and heat of a great job. Any suggestion for a handheld and a regular massage? Ps i hate chairs
