Massaging Electric
Massaging Electric
13 weeks pregnant massage chairs and electric blankets?
I’m pregnant and today I went in a store and sat in a Massage Chair for a few minutes. Then when I got up I saw a sign warning against pregnant women using them (behind the chair).
Also while researching this I have found it is not recommed to use electric blankets which I have been using the whole time.
Have I put my baby at risk for miscarrage!?!
I would say you’ll be fine, it’s just not something you should do regularly. Massage chairs can be heated, so like an electric blanket they raise your temperature which is not good for you when pregnant.
