I lost 13 kg in 10 weeks. Why do people say that it is difficult?

By simply removing the things that are bad for me, eat lots health of all that is good and exercising I lost 13 kg. That is, he drank water and other drinks to minimize the intake of animal fat. (Once a week max) Do not eat anything derived from food for fattening calves. ie. The cheese, milk. They ate good carbs and good fats. Exercised an average of 40 minutes with occasional vigerous exercise. Harden The party was not eating potato chips because I love some bad food. It was actually pretty easy. Why people said it was difficult?

God knows what his diet was before – probably a lot of junk food! Never drink more than water, and I never touch the chips – In fact I have an aversion to fried everything, fried, or even alone. Besides, I never touch any processed foods – anyway not good where I live. However, I have lost about 20 pounds for a long time – and find it extremely difficult if not impossible. My diet consists mainly of chicken, fish, vegetables and salads well as pasta, rice and bread (the truth, my downfall). According to the new thinking of the cereal or well, but I think my metabolism has not heard of it yet. I guess we are not all made of the same.
