what happens if you get memory foam wet?

I sleep with with wet hair but I just got memory foam pillows. Is it ok to sleep on them or will something happen?

i have memory foam slippers and i washed n dryed them. nothin happened to them it’ll b ok. btw memory foam is awesome we have a memory foam mattress..
