What human food I can feed my miniature horse?

I recently got a miniature horse. She is 5-7 years old. I've heard that horses and human food such as fruits and vegetables. I've also heard they like sweets. It's okay if I feed my mini this type of food? If so .. How often and how much? Thanks a lot!

carrots! apples not (many that cause stomach aches) i also Quaker Oats bought plain, mixed with honey and molasses and make small balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp, horses love it. Moreover, peppermint and spearmint leaves jelly (sweet) are also delicious and Nature Valley Oats and Honey bar are great too! good luck!
