Finger buffet catering for 90 people …?

I have three options menu and know what I want in the menu … They have said that to cope with 2 / 3 of guests as a golden rule. Which is fine … But what age should children be a school for catering purposes? Children like "Pick up" buffet at a party, but, I suppose, they eat less than adults … Therefore, I go to a class of 11 years of age, for example, as an adult, but a child of 7 years "is not an adult? Hope this makes sense! Could make the difference between saying, ordering 60 "servings" rather 65, and saving all mount up on a budget!

An elegant restaurant serving our daughter's wedding last year had 13 years and even adults. Younger, only had to pay half the cost per covered child.
