Has anyone heard of HGH in the form of nasal spray or oral spray?

If you have heard about it, is it safe? Is it effective in obtaining muscle mass?

I have, and I would not recommend it. This is the whole issue with professional athletes. They stopped and steroid hormone growth is used instead. Let Your Body naturally build muscle mass that was designed to have through the appropriate exercise.
