If I gain muscle and lose weight will i lose neck/face fat?

Ok, i’m 17 and kinda chubby. I don’t mind having a little face fat, cause i know boney faces dont look to well. But my face has to much fat.. same with my neck, it looks bad if i put my chin down or turn cause you can see rolls. I’m currently working out, trying to gain muscle and lose weight. When I do gain muscle and lose weight will I lose this face/neck fat?

Everyone is different, but I don’t remember ever seeing a thin person with a Double Chin or chubby cheeks. nof-said

Liposculpture of the Face and Neck

 

The neck is one of the most unattractive places to have fat deposits. Even small deposits in the neck can lead to you looking and feeling fat. And although fat in the cheeks is a necessary component of a youthful appearance, some people are blessed with too much of a good thing. With age, these deposits not only increase in size, but succumb to gravity, causing the face and neck to deform unattractively. These deposits are also among the most resistant to diet and exercise. However, liposculpture can correct fat deposits of the neck, leading to a better, younger-looking profile.

 

Liposculpture may be able to help you if:

What is liposculpture?

 

Liposculpture is a refined version of the liposuction procedure. It is sometimes called microliposculpture because of its ability to make tiny refinements in the fat distribution of the body. As in the tumescent liposuction process, the area to be treated is injected with a saline solution that includes anesthesia. Tiny incisions are used to insert very small cannulae, or suction tubes, into the area to be sculpted. The cannulae are very small, comparable to needles, and the fat quantities removed are also very small. Because the treatment area is so highly visible, care is taken to ensure that fat is removed evenly to reduce the likelihood of a lumpy result.

Recovery from Liposculpture

 

Because of its small scale and precision, the recovery from liposculpture is relatively quick and painless. A compression garment should be worn for 2 days, but you may return to work and other activities immediately with very few restrictions. Bruising is minute, and some patients feel virtually no pain from the procedure.

When Liposculpture Is not Enough

 

Liposculpture is a sufficient procedure for many people. Especially good candidates are relatively young, close to their ideal Body Weight, and with good skin elasticity. For these patients, once the fat deposits are removed, the skin will contract and give the face a slender, youthful appearance. For older patients, or those with less skin elasticity, a facelift or Neck Lift may be necessary. A jowly appearance may be correctable with facial liposculpture, or it may require a facelift. You are more likely to need a lift if Your Neck has deep banding, numerous small wrinkles, and thin, papery-looking skin.

 

Liposculpture may also not be enough to give you a well-defined profile if your bone structure is not well-formed. In this case, facial implants can give your chin and jawbone sufficient mass to give you a strong, youthful profile.
