The right side of my head / neck began to hurt my ear?

I have this horrible pain, deep pain in the back or the side of my head / neck, ear. Now he is making every tingling on that side and I can feel my scalp and neck are numb and when I touch my skin feels numb. I fully can work, so I know it's not a stroke …. What should I do?
