Horrible Neck Pain, can’t lift arm?

My little sister who is 8 years old woke up this morning crying and unable to move her neck. She says it hurts on the left side. She is unable to lift her arm over her head, and seems to be in A LOT of pain. My mom just took her to the ER. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

I would guess it’s just a bad pulled muscle. Sometimes they get that bad. Hopefully some heat and maybe muscle relaxers will help her feel better.
