Hi. Wondering the cause of constant chest neck shoulder arm and abdomen pain, also weak pulse and dizzyness?

I have for about a year now experienced constant chest pains, dizzyness, heart palpitations and just recently a very weak pulse with a wheezing feeling when I breath. The pain goes to my shoulder (left) arm, back and abdomen. All this for a year. The dizzyness gets so bad sometimes i’m in bed for days. Been to the doctors, had every heart test possible done, MRI But I also have a doctor who thinks that NOTHING is ever wrong with anyone, and it must be in my head. Any feedback or similar experiences would be awesome. thank you in advance
